This section stores information on those pharmacies that your
patients get their prescriptions from. To create a new record click New
and confirm your action.
Important fields
- In Name enter the complete pharmacy name, such "Corner Drug Store".
- In Pharmacist you can enter the first, MI, last name and title.
- In Code goes your unique code for this record. This field must be completed if you want the pharmacy to appear in pop-up list.
- In Chain Store select the chain store, if any, for this pharmacy. All records that are part of the same chain will appear in the list at the bottom, Pharmacies of the same Chain Store
The remainder of the fields are straight forward.
